MAINTENANCE ENGINEERING SPECIALIST

FRAG Srl is looking for a Maintenance Engineering Specialist with experience in Floating and LNG projects.

The candidate will make sure that the project FEED is safe and sound from an operation and maintenance point of view, complies with the international standards and meet the requirements arising from contract and technical specification therein referred to.

Main responsibilities:

• Preparing the maintenance engineering execution plan;
• Preparing the activities related to the Plant project (i.e., maintenance & inspection, spare parts, material handling, LNG storage tank inspection and CMMS);
• Preparing project philosophies;
• Collecting and monitoring the latest technical documentation of each equipment/item subject to maintenance;
• Participating to plot plan and 3D model design review;
• Reliability analysis (i.e., equipment criticality assessment plan);
• Operability & maintainability analysis and review and maintenance engineering execution plan for EPC purposes;
• Identifying the maintainable equipment to build-up the Maintainable Equipment List, developing and organized it by functional location;
• Performing equipment criticality analysis to rank item listed in Maintainable Equipment List in view of safety, environment, production requirement;
• Liaising with client representatives, suppliers and project team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Engineering Degree;
• At least 5 years of experience in detailed design activities;
• Previous experience in Oil & Gas sector especially in LNG and Floating projects;
• Proficiency knowledge of Oil & Gas Plant related design documentation and drawings, which may include: 3D model, plot plan, P&IDs, PFDs, SLDs, F&G layout, data sheets, vendor manuals, procedures, etc.;
• Proficiency knowledge of MS Office package;
• Proficiency knowledge of English language
