BIO-SYSTEM INTEGRATOR

ER Services Sagl is looking for a BIO-SYSTEM INTEGRATOR for its' client,  specialized in Clinical Laboratory Information Systems, based in Ticino.

As a Product Specialist he/she will gain a deep knowledge of company's Laboratory Information System, and of its delivery and support. Using also IT skills he/she will help company's Distributors and Customers to design and change the configuration of the Laboratory Information System according to the requirements of the users, provide high level trainings, support the go-live of the system and deliver all post-go-live activities.
As a Technical Project Manager he/she will analyze, define and plan the activities needed to implement a customer project, fix its milestones, control its execution, coordinate the staff members involved and be responsible of the achievement of the project goals.

Requirements
Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in Informatics, Biotechnologies or Biomedical Engineering;
Good / Professional communication skills in English (B2+ understanding/speaking/writing);
Interest in travelling worldwide;
Availability to work remotely;
Team working skills.

Pluses
German language communication skills;

Knowledge of the workflow of a clinical laboratory.
