TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER

ER Services Sagl is looking for a TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER forits’ client, a Pharmaceutical Company based in Lugano.

The Technical Product Manager participates in the taskswith the production and sales teams to support production from design to salein commercial channels.

The following activities result from it:

- Carries out and monitorsthe execution plan and the product offer (Operational)

- Defines and implements theproduct offer (Marketing)

- Study and analyze the market (Marketmonitoring)

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Operational level

o     Coordinate the performance of themissions of internal and / or external actors according to the objectivesdefined by the client company

o    Communicate closely with the differentsectors within the client company: Quality, Regulatory, Production, Logistics,Marketing and Sales

o  Write the specifications of themissions or services to be entrusted to internal and external actors

o  Travel to the various actors of theProject (s) in order to control the operational structure

o  Collect activity reports from thevarious operational players, analyze, summarize and present the results

o  Follow the development schedule of theProject (s) according to the planned stages and any constraints

o  Write progress reports for the Project(s) (weekly and monthly) and make regular phone calls with stakeholders

o  Ensure in background the scientificwatch relating to the Project (s)

o  Master updating the applicablestandard operating procedures

o  Ensure the management and archiving ofdocumentation

Marketing

o  Support all stages of the life of the Companyproduct ranges, from design to sale

o  Participate in the development of themarketing plan and product development

o  Contribute to the promotion ofproducts in Switzerland and abroad

o  Prepare product arguments

o  Participate in the development ofcommercial and technical brochures

o  Participate in professional events(congresses and events)

The listof activities is not exhaustive: the technical product manager can be asked foradditional activities in relation with the needs of the regulatory department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work in collaboration with theinternal departments of regulatory, quality, supply and also externalconsultants, authorities or clients

 Prepare and update the regulatorydossiers in compliance with the regulations in force

 Follow-up submission of regulatoryfiles to the competent authorities in respect with defined schedules

 Maintain the registration and helpsolving any regulatory related issues

 Guarantee the accuracy of thescientific data and regulatory dossiers provided to the competent authorities.

REQUIREDSKILLS

-       Knowledge

Engineer/ Degree in sciences (biology, life sciences engineer,chemistry, pharmacist…) ideally with double skills in Business/Science

-       Skills

English (fluent)

Computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical and medical devices regulations andguidelines
