Job Responsibilities: - Assisting the Construction for all the piping/structural or E&I Engineering related matters.
- Responsible for the piping/structural or E&I; part of the construction, both during prefabrication, erection and Hook-up phases.
- During the preparation stage, responsible for the interface with the piping/structural or E&I; discipline engineers from detailed Design Dept, within project/consortium/, related vendors, and Client in order to ensure that the preparation is meticulously and comprehensively carried out, meeting all Project technical requirements.
- Coordinate piping/structural and E&I discipline Leaders for engineering deliverables issuance, such as MTOs, AFC drawings, Shop Drawings, AS-BUILT, Piping Isometrics.
- Review piping/structural or E&I; technical documentation before submission to the client and to ensure that they meet the Project requirements and Specs.
- Define the consumables, tools, materials or services to be purchased/subcontracted for onshore execution in conjunction with Construction Manager, including Scope of the Work Preparation.
- Comment and approve all the technical design notes necessary for the supply and/or construction during all the Project phases. Design Change Note correct follow-up and implementation
- Participate to Engineering/materials/Progress meetings to examine and, if necessary, audit the technical design, and take part in technical examinations with the Client. Advise Construction Manager on cost and scheduling impact issues.
- Lease with the Company Engineering team for the correct execution of the Projects.
- Field daily technical problem solving, Site Queries: preparation issuance and close out.
- Notify the Engineering Manager of any problems occurring within piping and structural engineering disciplines and tasks.
- Experience in Oil&Gas Modules and Pipe Racks fabrication and Hook-up (PAUs, PARs, SKIDS)
Requirement: - Qualification Engineering Degree
- 5 years experience in O&G industry, minimum 5 years as piping / structural engineer
- Electrical and Instrument knowledge
- Proficient knowledge of Excel and Autocad 2D/3D
- Proficient knowledge of English language
- Willing to cover long weeks on site
