MAINTENANCE TEAM LEADER

Coordinate area personnel and distribute workload to ensure the developing and implementation of maintenance activities according to Monthly and Weekly Programs prepared by COMPANY with the support of CONTRACTOR Supervisors in line with the overall Maintenance Plan (Preventive Maintenance) and the need for Condition Based Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance and the Mandatory Inspection and Calibration.

• Supporting the development and implementing maintenance activities in line with Company’s work plans
• Ensuring that maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently
• Establishing maintenance requirements and inputting these requirements to the maintenance plans
• Coordinating the execution of the maintenance activities ensuring the best use of Contractors’ resources and providing support to manage technical and contractual aspects
• Supporting field operations to determine any technical and/or operational aspects affecting the full availability of equipment/machinery of the plant and defining the corrective action to improve lifetime and reliability

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic
• Minimum 10 years in Oil and Gas Industry, in senior role, to have included:
• experience in all aspects of assets, facilities, plant and equipment maintenance
• experience at senior level in aligning business strategy with operational objectives
• knowledge and experience in dealing with appropriate local regulations and international standards
• experience in dealing with regulatory bodies
• experience of managing multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams
• Maintenance system and policy knowledge
• Qualification to operate in presence of toxic substances and H2SComputer literate
• Fluently written and spoken English
