FRAG srl is looking for a Maintenance Reliability Engineer, with experience in Oil & Gas sector. The candidate will be in charge of acknowledging of process-related conditions and evaluating the equipment detail design with the aim to ensure the procurement of equipment and systems with required reliability. Responsibilities: - Supporting the Maintenance Engineer coordinator in preparing the maintenance engineering execution plan
- Supporting the Maintenance Engineer coordinator in reviewing the project technical documentation in respect to the contractual requirements
- Collecting maintenance related design data from technical disciplines and vendors to build-up an exhaustive plant Maintainable Equipment List which includes all the maintainable equipment
- Developing Maintainable Equipment List by graded method
- Collects project data and maintainability figures to perform the risk and reliability analysis
- Performing Equipment Criticality Analysis in order to rank item listed in Maintainable Equipment List according to their overall risk against the safety, environment and production categories
- Select equipment maintenance strategies and tasks based on the Reliability Centered Maintenance analysis
- Planning maintenance strategies and tasks according to either the Original Equipment Manufacturer data, the results of the performed Reliability Centered Maintenance analysis and risk-based inspection program
- Developing the maintenance and inspection plans, with the assistance of the Maintenance Engineer coordinator
Requirements: - Technical Diploma or Bachelor Engineering Degree
- At least 5 years experience in detailed engineering activities
- Previous experience in Maintenance activities
- Proficiency knowledge of Oil & Gas plant related design documentation and drawings as: Plot plan, P&IDs, PFDs, SLDs, F&G layout, data sheets, vendor manuals, procedures, etc.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office package
- Proficiency knowledge of English language is mandatory
