DOCUMENT CONTROLLER COORDINATOR - OIL & GAS

FRAG Srl is looking for a Document Controller Coordinator that get in charge of Oil & Gas Projects.

The candidate will prepare, manage, and archive documents related to projects, He/She will also have to support all the company's procedures, ensuring the clarity, updating, and traceability of the documents.

Responsibilities:

• Regulate and manage documentation and communications
• File archiving, ensuring that all team members have access to the necessary updated documentation
• Managing the documents storage
• Checking accuracy and modifying document files, such as delivery letters and contracts
• Review and update technical documents (manuals and workflows)
• Preparation of ad hoc reports on projects as needed

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or Bachelor Degree
• At least 8 years of experience as Document Controller
• Previous experience with EPC Contractor or Company in Oil & Gas sector
• Knowledge of Document Management Systems
• Knowledge and use of KBS software (plus)
• Proficiency knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)

Location: Milano

Duration: 6/12 months renewables
