ER Services Sagl is looking for a CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST, ADMINISTRATION & DIGITAL COMMUNICATION for its' client, a Pharmaceutical Company based in Lugano.
As Customer care specialist, the role involves the management of the full cycle communication intra-extra company including order placement and procurement/logistic operations, as well as digital communications through web site and social media and accuracy in the management of the administrative tasks
MAIN ACTIVITIES Administrative: o Checking, forwarding and archiving correspondence with fiscal entity o Liaise notary legalization activity o Archive of contracts Agreements, trademarks and patent o Management of business meeting/congress/fairs
Customer Service: o Request all the forecast to the customers on a quarterly basis and reconcile data with the production plan (along with the Supply Chain Manager and Technical Product Manager) o Ensure the receipt of the purchase orders line with the forecast and approved artworks o Launch manufacturing orders in production ‐ following production plan of finished product and raw materials o Manage logistic activity according to the incoterms o Follow-up payments from customers o Support to the e-commerce sales activity
Digital communication: o Liaise with the technical product Manager to keep up-dated web site and social profile of the company o Coordinate the graphic and publication of promotional materials
RESPONSABILITIES
Strict cooperation with Supply Chain and Technical Product Manager & high coordination with RA/QA team to ensure compliance with the quality system, guidelines and artwork requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Knowledge o Bachelor's Degree (Science in Business Administration, or similar preferred) o Knowledge of customer service and logistic operations preferrable in the pharma/ medical device field, knowledge of GDP will be considered a plus o English C1 (written and spoken), additional language (French) will be considered a plus o Computer skills (office- with strong excel analytical functions, internet browser and social media)
Attitude o Strong attitude to verbal and written communication to liaise with stakeholders inside and outside the organization o Bring a high level of passion for customer service, problem solving and network orientated o Organization and ability to multitask and prioritize a full workload and to deal with the pressure of deadlines and conflicting priorities o Passion for digital communication possibly in the Pharma context o Flexible, accurate, autonomous, and reliable
