BRANCH MANAGER - OIL & GAS

FRAG is looking for a Branch Manager with relevant experience in the coordination of commercial activities aimed to the acquisition and continuation of projects for Oil & Gas sector, that take place in a certain country. 

Responsibilities:

• Hire and dismiss the personnel needed for the projects in that country, in collaboration with the Human Resources Office
• Represent the company in the execution of commercial activities aimed at acquiring and taking on works directly or as part of a Joint Venture with other companies, with the exclusion of the right to make any binding commitments on behalf of the company with Clients
• Create company branches or subsidiaries and sign the necessary documents for this purpose, excluding the right to make any binding commitments on behalf of the company with Clients
• Represent the company before the Authorities, even diplomatic and consular authorities, public and private bodies/administrations, excluding the right to make any binding commitments on behalf of the company with Clients without prior consent from the GM
• Support economically the PM in all HSE activities

Requirements: 

• Technical Academic Background 
• At least 10 years experience in Executive role and in the Oil & Gas Sector
• Previous experience as Country Manager / Branch Manager in Middle East, Asian and Africa countries
• Familiar with marketing strategies and sales techniques
• Familiar with business management
• Proficient knowledge of English language (mandatory)
• Willingness to relocate and travel
