SHIFT SUPERVISOR - AMMONIA

FRAG Srl is looking for a Production Supervisor with experience in Ammonia unit production process for a project in Nigeria.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Directs and supervises the operating activities of the designated shift.
• Implement daily instructions to meet the production targets and take appropriate decisions in the event of plant emergency.
• Provide support, leadership, and direction to his shift crew regarding operational activities.
• Monitoring and participating in consultations with all project managers and lead process engineers working on related projects.
• Manage that process and equipment design configurations, parameters, and guarantees as described within the project.
• Developing and evaluating emerging technologies and improvements to existing technologies.
• Ensures that all operating activities during the assigned shift are completed maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
• Serving as a technical consultant to upper management and maintaining the company's position in the Ammonia technology area.

Requirements:

• Technical Diploma
• At least 5 years experience as Shift Supervisor in the Oil & Gas sector
• Previous experience in Ammonia unit production projects
• Proficient knowledge of English language

Location:         Nigeria

Duration:              6 months renewable
