MECHANICAL COMMISSIONING ENGINEER - ROTATING

FRAG srl is looking for a Mechanical Engineer for Rotating Machinery equipment, with experience in Oil & Gas sector.

Within the team of Project Management the candidate will take responsibility for the technical assurance and delivery of Mechanical Engineering activities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction, commissioning, and pre-startup phases for Rotating Equipment discipline
• Verify system installation and acceptability for initial operation
• Perform overall supervision of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities on all system as per scheduled networks, acceptance criteria and start-up specific procedures, documentations and ensure completion on time prior to hand over to operation team
• Liaise with multiple projects for various interface and resolutions
• Review engineering documents
• Review of pre-commissioning, commissioning and operation related document

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience
• Significant experience in onshore Oil and Gas industry
• Previous experience on LNG’s projects
• Experience in mechanical installation and/or maintenance of rotating machineries;
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Conversant with the commissioning process

Duration:            12 months renewable
