QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST for a Pharmaceutical company located in Ticino.
Responsibilities
Lead the quality team.
Prepare SOPs and other documents required to develop and maintain the Quality Management System.
Provide training to the personnel on the QMS.
Manage internal and external auditing programs.
Lead investigations and CAPA program.
Perform trend analysis of Quality Event, internal and external audit findings.
Qualifications
Master degree in the life sciences.
At least 3 years of Quality Assurance experience in a pharma or biotech industry.
Strong knowledge in GMP regulations.
Able to work within cross functional teams.
Experience in conducting internal and external audits.
Able to interpret complex results and situations.
Fluent both in Italian and English language.
