ER Services Sagl is looking for a COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT MANAGER -TECHNICAL PRODUCTS for a global PVC film manufacturer with headquarters in Varese, IT. Key Responsibilities . Identify and qualify business opportunities within assigned regions. . Conduct market research to identify potential markets and customers.
Sales and Business Development . Analyse market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and risks. . Develop sales strategies to expand market share. . Identify, prospect, and develop new clients, agents, and distributors. . Formulate pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with clients. . Develop and implement action plans to achieve or exceed sales targets. . Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. . Conduct regular customer visits and provide reports. . Attend trade fairs and industry events to gather market and product insights and engage with prospects and clients. . Contribute to the development of new products and solutions. . Monitor sales performance and report regularly to senior management.
Financial Management . Prepare and manage sales budgets and forecasts. . Negotiate payment terms and oversee payment collection. . Assess and mitigate risks related to currency fluctuations, credit, and market volatility. . Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and adjustments as needed. . Generate reports and statistical analyses for management.
Leadership and Collaboration . Work cross-functionally with Production, Supply, Customer Service, and Finance to align export activities with business goals. . Provide training and support to the customer service team.
Education & Qualifications . Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). . 5-8 years of experience in business development and commercial execution, preferably in the thermoplastic industry. . Proven track record in achieving export sales targets and expanding market share. . Strong knowledge of international trade, logistics, and customs procedures. . Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. . Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. . Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. . Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). . Availability to travel internationally as needed.
