CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - PIPELINE

<![CDATA[<p>FRAG is looking for a Construction Manager for a Gas pipeline project in Iraq.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Main Responsibilities</b>:</p><ul><li style="text-align: justify; ">Follow up and supervision of the Subcontractor’s Temporary Construction Facilities installation (i.e.: camps, accommodations, offices, warehouse, workshop, etc.)</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Single Interface with Client site representatives for the proper coordination of all site activities and HSE related issues</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Monitoring and coordination of discipline supervisors</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Monitoring and coordination with QA/QC and HSE Managers</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Monitoring of construction works progress with the support of project planner&nbsp;</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Monitoring of construction works till Mechanical Completion and Commissioning</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Reviewing and approving the extra works and additional works proposed by Subcontractors (and finally approved by Project Manager)</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Highlighting all potential risks and criticalities at site</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Proposing and settling the required corrective actions in order to recover any delay</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Periodical reporting to Project Manager</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Supervise the cost controlling of construction works activities, including field running costs</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Requirements</b>:</p><ul><li style="text-align: justify; ">Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering</li><li style="text-align: justify;"><b>At least 10 years previous experience in the same role</b></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><b>Oil &amp; Gas Sectors background (Upstream/Downstream Plants)</b></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><b>Previous experience in a pipeline projects</b></li><li style="text-align: justify;">Knowledge of technical drawings, project documents, specifications and method statements</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Proficient knowledge in Planning Management and Material Control</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Fluent knowledge of English languages</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><b>Location</b>: <span style="white-space:pre"> </span>Iraq</p><p><br></p><p><b>Duration</b>: <span style="white-space:pre"> </span>12 months</p><p><br></p><p><b>Availability</b>: <span style="white-space:pre"> </span>asap</p>]]&
