ENGINEERING MANAGER

FRAG srl is looking for an Engineering Manager that will be responsible for the Engineering Department of an EPC company operating in Oil & Gas sector.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor performance of individual contributors and help manage their professional development.
• Plan engineering activities
• Coordinate Bid, FEED and detailed engineering phases for all the project of the company. 
• Discuss project specifications consulting with customers.
• Develop detailed cost estimates and project schedules.
• Direct, analyze and approve product design and changes.
• Assign, direct and evaluate technical work.
• Oversee development and maintenance of engineering staff competence.
• Establish technical goals working with upper management and customers.
• Develop and manage designing process.
• Provide engineering design services to support plant initiatives.
• Oversee technical aspect for Process Safety Management and Environmental Compliance.
• Train and develop Engineering staff on professional grounds.
• Develop and maintain plant engineering standards.
• Manage Engineering Department operating expense budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• At least 10 years experience in Oil & Gas sector and EPC.
• Ability with typical high spec. 
• Fluent English knowledge

Location: Dubai

Duration: 12 months renewable
