FRAG srl is looking for a Process Engineer with experience in water treatment systems, civil and industrial, primaries and wastewater, Onshore / Offshore. Responsibilities: - To elaborate the Process technical documentation;
- Carry out simulations, hydraulic checks;
- Drafting and verifying flow and process schemes;
- Check the equipment sizing;
- Develop material balances through process calculations;
- Manage process data for commercial proposals;
- Draw up process datasheets and purchase specifications for the main components;
- Draw up the operating manuals and plant start-up procedures;
- Development of process activities;
- Development of P&ID, PFD, UFD, MSD;
- Sizing the plants, evaluating their performance and optimizing the process configurations;
- Coordination of process resources assigned to the specific project and support to other disciplines;
- Development of departmental activities and updating of internal standards and procedures.
Requirements: - Chemical Engineering Degree (preferable);
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role;
- Knowledge of the problems concerning water treatment systems in the Oil & Gas (Onshore / Offshore) and naval applications;
- Specific knowledge of: Electro-chlorination systems, mechanical, physical and chemical filtration, gravity separation, cyclonic, with the use of flocculants and reverse osmosis;
- Excellent knowledge of Process simulation tools (AutoCAD, Aspen Hysys) and Microsoft Office package;
- Knowledge of the main process deliverables and ability to process and finalize them;
- Good knowledge of English language.
