| Descrizione | Our client is a multinational company in charge to manage the Pipeline Receiving Terminal located in South of Italy that collect gas coming from Albania and Greece and tied in into the national gas network The senior dispatcher we are looking for will report directly to the Dispatch manger and is responsible for supervising the day to day operations of the gas transportation system assets safely, reliably and commercially. Key components of the Senior Dispatchers responsibilities are to supervise a team of dispatchers to facilitate the remote monitoring and control of unmanned compressor stations in Greece and Albania, a border metering station at the Greece Albania border, a series of block valve stations along the pipeline route, and the PRT itself. The role will include assessment and coordination of maintenance response as well as specific duties under the company’s emergency response plan and public communications plan detailed below:
Knowledge Microsoft Word and Strong Excel spreadsheet ,on-line learning systems and SSOW, Supervisory control and data acquisition gas management and leak detection, metering, calibration, control room procedures, equipment operating procedures, plant shutdown, isolation and venting. Issuing work order notifications, emergency response procedures. Experinced in : Highly competent dispatcher with a minimum 10-12 years’ frontline experience in hydrocarbon/natural gas transmission company petrochemical/refinery operations utilizing a modern process control system (DCS/SCADA) Fiscal measurement – Hydrocarbons, Supervisory Control Systems (SCADA DCS Honeywell EPKS and Siemens) Gas Quality and Pipeline Dynamics, Electrical distribution and protection ,HVAC Systems for gas quality conditioning, Emergency Shut Down Systems, fire and Gas Detection Systems, Gas turbine compressor operations, Gas Filtration Plant Air Systems,large bore control valve and block valve operations Experience in delivering coaching to team members Deep understanding of Safe Systems of work, isolation control methods, and job safety analysis Highly-developed skills in dispatching supervision, operation monitoring, complex problem solving, judgment and decision making, quality control analysis, and troubleshooting. Experience in refining process, petro-chemical facility or heavy industrial maintenance position advantageous Operator Training Simulator (OTS) experience advantageous. Plant or control room supervisory experience advantageous. Languages Italian, mother tongue English: fluent Albanian: it’s a plus, not mandatory |
